Resource editor:
* Enhanced Editor modes for improved functionality.
* Revised wizard layout for smoother navigation.
* Updated toolbar icons and wizard images.
* Bugfix: The Resource Properties panel now displays error warnings for invalid resources in files.
* Resource Tuner is now offered in multiple languages: English, Chinese, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Swedish.
* Various documentation enhancements for better usability.UPX Unpacker plug-in:
* Now supports UPX version 4.2.3.

老外的补丁，挺好的，只是有个小毛病，我解决了，就是：保存后会在目标程序的Version 处生成 Comments 的问题
