.net Patcher 0.3 by whoknows

The purpose of this utility is to make something like dUP for NET assemblies.
also patches the target and resign it to user machine.
Also you can save and load Projects.

    功能就好比 dup 一样，这软件用可来制作 .NET 的补丁。

另外~更新了~目前是 0.4beta 版

*NEW PRJ button now clears patch info txtboxes
*On start up automatically got today
+Each JOB is editable
+Compare form,'Strong name' validation if 'patched file' is RESIGN (avoid newbies mistake)
+u can choose which references u want to patch
+Release Info added
+SNK inside application as byte()
+Patcher shows status
+Patcher is AlwaysOnTop
+Patcher can open the URL
