Currently not supporting DLL's!
Icon support not working on all files.

Final version will be done when I've mastered the resource directory.

+ Removed useless 512 bytes
+ Added icon support(vIconchanger)
+ Cleaned up code
+ Added update TimeDateStamp(thanks TJCLPEImage.DateTimeToStamp).
+ Some other stuff I've forgotten..
