ConfuserEx - String Decrypter

Hi,

I am releasing my string decrypter.

It can decrypt ConfuserEx strings using two different techniques, so if there is a

call to a ConfuserEx string decrypt method, its pretty much guaranteed that the string

can be decrypted.

I coded this tool because CodeCrackers string decrypter didn't work for me on some files.

If you find bugs, let me know.
