Trial-Reset 4.0 Final with source

I don't have enough free time for this project and I have decided to release the source code, maybe someone will continue the development. The source is pretty simple and is easy to add or to update the scanners.
Thanks to those whom have reported bugs or suggestions and a special thanks to BLiND PRoPHET for his great Eva Cleaner.
