Fiddler抓包怎么抓取发送参数呀？

小白问题，第一次学习Android抓包，fiddler以及配置完备，实验对象为某吧发送私信流程，下面是抓取到的内容。

但你这个是POST请求， Body面的参数是{"use_duration":"1","server_time":"6431","time":1578839306,"ctime":0,"logid":1705804097,"error_code":"0"}
