Android service不会启动

写了一个简单apk 希望的效果是开机以后service就启动（或者是第一次安装打开activity 的时候service也启动）并且保证service在后台一直运行，但是目前我加入了开机启动广播发现service还是没有启动，请大牛帮忙分析一下是我哪里做错了。

我是在真机上测试的，用的是荣耀10并且权限也是给足了
