网上说改成小写: import configparser
结果又来下面的：

  File "<string>", line 6, in <module>
NameError: name '__file__' is not defined

__file__未定义，用一个文件名的字符串试一试

在命令行运行 pyhon xxx.py

os.path.realpath(__file__)
括号里要放路径。
__file__没有定义是

1 import configparser 是对的
2 试试 curpath = os.path.abspath(os.path.dirname(__file__))
如果2还报错 那改成 curpath = os.getcwd()

另外python内置的这个configparser库对中文识别有时候不是太好，如果ini文件里有中文，可能需要设置文件编码 encoding='utf-8-sig' 才能正常读写

实在搞不定，想不到这么麻烦啊。
用AHK两行就完成

编码问题，ini要存为ascii编码，再windows平台默认新建是utf-8
