定时断网联网工具，看到有人发补充一下

看到老哥发帖 https://www.52pojie.cn/thread-1687832-1-1.html 也是类似功能，下面跟帖意思不能自动读取网卡名称
简单易语言画了一个类似的，发出来耍耍，只能获取到物理网卡的名称，VPN之类的不行哈
更新了一下，给断网和联网加了单独的选择开关在后面

选择要操作的网卡，设置要断网或者联网的时间，点启用
