I want to share my new tool.
It is mainly used to calculate the VA(Virtual Address), RVA(Relative Virtual Address) and Offset.
It has a hex editor (16Edit.dll -> yoda(modified by karmany)).

View of the sections (including the PE header)

In the help file, explains how to obtain the offset in NET. (ILDasm)
