BinDiff is a comparison tool for binary files, that assists vulnerability researchers and engineers to quickly finddifferences and similarities in disassembled code. With BinDiff you can identify and isolate fixes for vulnerabilities in vendor-supplied patches. You can also portsymbols and comments between disassemblies of multiple versions of the same binary or use BinDiff to gather evidencefor code theft or patent infringement.

Required Version of IDA

Since BinDiff is an add-on product to IDA, it requires a working installation of Hex-Rays IDA Pro version 6.8 or above. Please note that support for legacy versions of IDA Pro has been discontinued.

On the other hand, the most recent version of IDA 7.0 is not yet supported, as it features a new plugin API.

官网上说大部分IDA7.0的是不支持的，因为插件API不一样。
