ToolKit_v9.1-汉化版新鲜出炉

最近 有坛友反应说9.1版本发布了，然后我查了一下，居然发布半个多月了！看来我消息不灵通啊

说明;官方文档上有明确指出V8.8以后的版本移除了对win7-win10 rs4 的支持，只对win10 rs5做完美支持。请知晓！
此版本汉化时间比较仓促，错误之处还请大家多多指正，共同改正。。。

用了一下，第四项的移除功能和第五项自定义是一样的，那么移除功能哪去了？

系统版本不支持的话的确会出现这种情况。麻烦测试一下原版，如果原版没问题的话，我会抽时间修改。感谢支持
