[笔记]使用itchat监听微信撤回消息

ischat是一个微信开源的接口库，使用很方便，并且里面的功能很强大，可能实现监听微信消息，自动回复，添加好友等，从而可以实现微信自动回复机器人，监听撤回信息等，
这篇文章是通过学习使用itchat做一个监听撤回信息的工具。
